StoneBridge has been active in US multi family real estate since 1980, creating funds in excess of $1.5 billion and syndicating over $400 million in equity to US and Dutch investors. Our strong track record, extensive network of relationships, and immediate access to bridge equity allows us to quickly and efficiently identify and pursue new opportunities, many of which are off-market transactions.

We seek projects that allow us to create value by employing the full scale of our organization - from acquisition and deal structuring, to development and redevelopment, to property and asset management, to disposition. Using our local presence and substantial experience and expertise in the multifamily market, we target opportunistic projects in our home markets throughout the East Coast and Texas.
