Acquisition & Investment Structuring
Since 1980, we have been active in acquiring, structuring, and raising funds for real estate investments throughout the US. Over that time period, we have successfully created funds in excess of $1.5 billion with US and Dutch investors, and have achieved an average of 15% IRR (21.4% simple annual) returns for our investors.

Co-investment & Bridge Equity
Real estate transactions move fast, and we recognize the need for readily available cash to be able to close on projects quickly. We have a line of bridge equity on call to allow us to take down deals without the delay of finding money first. We only pursue opportunities we truly believe in, and we always co-invest alongside our investors.

Fund & Asset Management
Our asset and fund management team has extensive experience in real estate investment and knows each property in our portfolio intimately, allowing us to make real-time decisions and maximize the value of each investment we make. We work closely with ZRS's CPA-led accounting department to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting for our investors, both private and institutional.

 

- Development
ZOM Living has been actively developing US real estate since 1977, and has been exclusively focused on multi family residential since 1990. Since then, ZOM developed over 11,000 apartments in Florida, Texas and Washington, D.C.  - Property Management

ZRS Management was founded in 1990 as ZOM Residential Services to provide in-house property management for development projects. Since then, it has grown into a nationally recognized property management company, with a current portfolio of over 22,000 units in Florida, Texas, Washington, DC, Chicago, and Atlanta. ZRS’s CPA-led accounting department is a leader in providing accurate and timely reporting to its property owners, is experienced with all major reporting software systems, and has the flexibility to adapt to any investor’s reporting requirements. ZRS has received many awards for outstanding performance, and in 2007 was awarded the prestigious J.D. Power Award for Highest Resident Satisfaction among apartment renters.
